Exchange & Return Policy

At LOOKSTITCH, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


ELIGIBILITY


  1. Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of order delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  3. Items must be present in their original packaging.
  4. A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  5. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
  6. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.


EXCHANGE POLICY


  1. An exchange request can be initiated via support@lookstitch.com or by calling +92(0)330 3690-888 within 7 days of order delivery.
  2. Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  3. Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
  4. LOOKSTITCH will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
  5. Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
  6. The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
  7. If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a refund amount value, redeemable online.
  8. Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
