ELIGIBILITY
- Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of order delivery.
- Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
- Items must be present in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- An exchange request can be initiated via support@lookstitch.com or by calling +92(0)330 3690-888 within 7 days of order delivery.
- Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
- Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.
- LOOKSTITCH will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).
- Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
- The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
- If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be issued a refund amount value, redeemable online.
- Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
